Trading Instructions
Euronext Trading Instructions: Shareholders wishing to sell their shares on the Euronext Amsterdam need to contact their Broker and complete a representation letter. Information for Brokers: Brokers of Thunderbird Resorts Inc. shareholders who want to sell their common shares on the Euronext Amsterdam should contact the Company’s transfer agent, Computershare Investor Services Inc., to have any applicable restrictions removed from such shares, as permitted by applicable securities laws. Brokers should submit:
- the Representation Letter duly completed and executed by the Thunderbird Resorts Inc. shareholder
- a letter of instruction to Computershare Investor Services Inc.
- a medallion signature guarantee (for brokers located within North America or who have a North American affiliate)
